Khoda's Organizations package is designed for Schools, colleges, training centers and Tertiary institutions that need to onboard multiple teachers, manage classrooms at scale, and measure learning progress and course impact with actionable analytics from students registered under them.
How to register your institution on Khoda
Register the organization
Pick a package and provide the required info about youyr organization. A unique organization code + invite link is generated automatically to allow you to invit more teachers into your organization. A teacher can only register through this link.
Add or approve teachers
Admins can invite teachers from the dashboard or teachers can self-register using the organization code.
Create classrooms & invite students
Teachers create classrooms (limits enforced per package). Each classroom gets a unique invite code and tracked member permissions. Students can join by code, email invite, or direct approval.
Track progress & act
Teacher dashboards pull live data from students in their classroom as they progress normally on Khoda. Heat maps highlight modules/exercises where students struggle, and AI suggestions help teachers plan targeted sessions.
Data & AI co-pilot for teachers
Every classroom dashboard pulls Lesson Progress`, Exercise history and playground data for all students in a classroom to help Teachers get actionable cards with linked drill-down views and AI insights to help them creat meaningful action plans on what to do with student data and how best to assist them.
Student mastery snapshots
Real-time pulls across XP, modules completed, completion rates, and attendance (last activity). Teachers can drill from classroom view → student detail → lesson/exercise history.
Struggles & remediation
The analytics service aggregates scores per exercise and module. The UI surfaces “Top Struggle Modules” and “Most Missed Questions,” so teachers can deliver timed interventions or adjust pacing.
AI-assisted guidance
Khoda AI explains why a cohort is stuck (e.g., DOM manipulation), suggests warm-up activities, and drafts remediation lesson plans. Teachers can tweak and publish those suggestions directly to classroom announcements.
AI-assisted teaching loops
- Struggle insights: When a cohort repeatedly misses the same exercise, Khoda AI drafts a remediation plan with talking points, practice tasks, and suggested classroom announcements.
- Lesson planning: Teachers can request tailored lesson outlines (“30-minute lesson for DOM manipulation basics”), and AI pulls examples from the organization’s active learning paths.
- Parent/community updates: Auto-generated progress digests summarize classroom wins, upcoming goals, and learners to celebrate, keeping stakeholders engaged without extra admin work.
Security & governance
- Role-based access control: Organization admins, teachers, and students have distinct permissions enforced by `classroom_members.permissions` and middleware guards.
- Audit-ready data: Every invite, membership change, and notification is stored with timestamps, making compliance reporting straightforward.
